Hi,

It’s great to see you! 👋

I’m Wilson, an electrical and computer engineering student at Rice University fascinated by radars, rockets, and avionics.

I’m especially interested in the intersection of hardware and signal processing. Currently, I’m researching compact, directional wind systems for immersive environments in Rice’s Experimental Pixels Lab and designing avionics for Rice Eclipse rocketry. I also researched synthetic aperture radars at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory and developed UAV propulsion test stands with Rice Flight.

I’m excited to get even more hands-on, practical experience with electrical and computer engineering, and I’d love to chat about aerospace, Rice, or anything else!

Feel free to check out my projects, resume, or contact me below. I’m especially proud of my:

  • Live telemetry and logging system for my L1 certification rocket–built in two weeks
  • ADS-B feeder equipped with a custom antenna and running Tailscale and Cloudflare Tunnels
  • UAV capable of position-holding and transporting objects in GPS-denied environments
